Not so very long ago many in our church family had never heard of the Heifer Project. Then Kim Harris and Glenda Hodgden went to bishops round up and came home with this "wild" idea. We began raising money to send to the mission and before we were done it turned into a wonderful "road trip" with around 20 people going to Perryville Arkansas to see the Heifer Project's ranch, share in some hands on experiences and really become of apart of the Heifer International Mission Project. We presented the mission with over two thousand dollars and we are continuing to collect change every Sunday.
